How do reels work if I'm not confident on camera?
You don’t need to be a video professional. You just record the footage on your phone – a walk through your workspace, a product demo, a quick talking-head clip – and send it to us. We handle the editing, captions, formatting and everything else. You approve the finished reel before it goes anywhere.
What is targeted outreach?
Targeted outreach means we actively connect with specific people and groups that match your ideal client or customer profile. You tell us who you’re trying to reach – industry, role, location, whatever’s relevant – and we do the outreach on your behalf on social media. It’s different from community engagement, which is broader awareness-building.
What does the monthly performance report include?
The report covers the key metrics for the month: reach, impressions, engagement rate and your top-performing posts. It gives you a clear picture of what’s working and what’s getting traction, without overwhelming you with data you don’t need.
Can the blog post or article be used on my website?
Yes – it’s yours to use however you like. Most clients publish it on their website blog, share it as a LinkedIn article, or use it in email campaigns. We write it to match your tone and sign it off with you before it goes anywhere.
What is data sourcing and why is it charged separately?
Data sourcing means purchasing profile or contact data to support targeted outreach – for example, a list of decision-makers in a specific sector. The cost varies depending on what you need, so we pass it on at cost with no mark-up rather than building a fixed fee into the package price.
How is Growth different from Lite?
Lite covers posts and community engagement. Growth adds reels, a monthly blog post or article, targeted outreach and a performance report – plus an extra edit round per post. It’s a significantly fuller service for businesses that want content working harder across more formats.
How many edit rounds are included?
Two rounds of edits are included per post. For reels and written content, we work with you through our approval process until you’re happy. If you need additional edit rounds on posts beyond the two included, they’re available at £25 per round.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. We ask for 30 days’ notice if you decide to cancel, but there’s no long-term commitment.
