What is community engagement and how does it work?
Community engagement means we actively like and interact with relevant content on your social media platforms – posts from people in your industry, potential customers, and accounts your target audience follows. It helps your profile appear in more places and builds recognition with the right people over time. We handle it on your behalf.
How is Lite different from the Mini package?
Mini covers posts, scheduling and approval. Lite adds community engagement on top of that – so alongside your eight posts a month, we’re actively engaging with relevant content in your space. It’s the same post output but with ongoing activity that helps build your visibility beyond just publishing.
How long does it take to see results from community engagement?
Social media growth takes time. Community engagement is a longer-term activity – most clients start to notice meaningful traction after two to three months of consistent effort. It’s not an overnight fix, but it builds steadily and compounds over time.
Which platforms do you post on?
We work across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and others. When we set up your account, we agree which platforms to focus on based on where your audience spends their time.
Can I upgrade to a higher package later?
Yes. If your needs grow, you can move to Growth or Pro at any time. There’s no lock-in, and we make the transition straightforward.
Do I have to approve every post before it goes live?
Yes – that’s built into how we work. Every post is shared with you in advance through our scheduling software. You review it, request any changes, and approve before it publishes. Nothing goes live without your say-so.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. We ask for 30 days’ notice if you decide to cancel.
What is the setup fee for?
The one-off setup fee of £200 ex. VAT covers getting everything ready – brand assets, platform onboarding, and your first content brief. It’s a one-time cost paid at the start.
