What happens on the monthly strategy call?
It’s a one-hour call at the start of each month with a senior professional. You talk through what you want to focus on – upcoming campaigns, services to promote, themes to build around – and they shape the content plan for the month around that. It means your social media has a clear strategic direction rather than just being reactive.
Who is the senior professional on the strategy call?
The call is with a senior member of the Saltwhistle team with experience in content strategy and marketing. You get consistent access to the same person each month so they build a proper understanding of your business.
How is Pro different from Growth?
Pro includes everything in Growth – posts, reels, blog content, engagement, outreach and the performance report – plus a higher post count (12 vs 9), a second reel each month, three edit rounds per post instead of two, and the monthly strategy call with a senior professional. It’s suited to businesses that want a fuller, more strategically driven service.
How do reels work if I'm not confident on camera?
You just record the raw footage on your phone and send it to us. It doesn’t need to be polished – a quick clip of your workspace, a product, a talking-head piece, anything relevant. We handle all the editing, captioning and formatting. You approve the finished reel before it goes anywhere.
What does the performance report cover?
The monthly report gives you a clear view of how your content has performed – reach, impressions, engagement rate and your top posts. It’s designed to be useful rather than overwhelming, and we share it at the end of each month.
Can the blog post be repurposed for email campaigns or other channels?
Yes – the content is yours. Most clients publish it on their website and share it on LinkedIn. Others use it as the basis for an email to their list or adapt it for other channels. We write it to work as a standalone piece, so it’s flexible.
What is targeted outreach at Pro level?
Targeted outreach means we connect with specific groups and audiences on your behalf – identifying and engaging with decision-makers, prospective clients, or relevant communities on social media. At Pro level this runs alongside the higher post volume and strategy call, so the outreach activity is shaped by the same strategic direction as the rest of your content.
How quickly can Pro get started?
Once the setup is complete – usually within five to seven working days of the setup fee being paid – we’re ready to go. The first month starts with a strategy call, and content is planned and scheduled from there.
