Working with the Board
We work alongside the board. Our CEO Rebecca has spoken about board roles at a number of UK conferences and the issue of good governance.
Rebecca was previously a UK politician. This experience has been very helpful in terms of considering governance and social responsibility within an organisation. She was also a highly commended finalist in the Institute of Directors ‘Non-Executive Director of the Year Awards’.
Another two members of the Saltwhistle team have been board members of global businesses for many years.
CASE STUDY ONE
wpp, Sydney
We were asked to help integrate the two boards of J Walter Thompson and Wunderman. They had recently merged to form one digital advertising agency, and there were various hiccups in terms of their integration. We worked with the new board to develop an integrated strategy and action areas to bring them together as a business, and to allocate and plan the strategic work areas in order to move their merger forward.
